Campaign Terms & Conditions

Offer ends 31 December  2010. New Business customers only. Free standard direct feed metro install or $250 credit towards non-standard install (single direct feed outlet only). Min cost on a 12 month direct debit contract is: 12mths x $81 (Business Value Package) + 12mths x $18 (account service fee). Customers must have a core FOXTEL Business package to be eligible for a HD package and single channel add-ons. Additional costs apply for HD packages. Account service fee waived for non-profit organisations. Cancel fee applies. Financial institutions, media, foreign embassies and corporate head offices of manufacturing or industrial concerns may incur additional monthly charges for CNBC, Sky News National, Sky News Business and CNN. Some channels not available in public viewing areas. FOXTEL is not available in some areas/buildings. FOX SPORTS, FUEL TV, SPEED and Sky Racing Channels are not available in licensed premises. FOXTEL marks are used under licence by FOXTEL Management Pty Limited. A FOXTEL Business Subscription and associated fees may be tax deductible for many businesses – check with your tax advisor for details. New Direct Feed customers subscribing to FOXTEL Business:
24 month plan
$29.95 single standard metro direct feed installation available with 24 months Business Value Package only. An $18 account service fee applies per account, per month. This fee is waived for non-profit organisations. Min cost (single outlet): $29.95 install + 24 months x $81.00 (Business Value Package) + 24 months x $18 (account service fee). Cancel fee applies.
$99.95 single standard metro direct feed installation available with 24 month Information and Sports Package or Business Entertainment Package only. An $18 account service fee applies per account, per month. This fee is waived for non-profit organisations. Min cost (single outlet): $99.95 install + 24 months x $75.00 (Information and Sports Package or Business Entertainment Package) + 24 months x $18 (account service fee). Cancel fee applies. 12 month plan
An $18 business account service fee applies per account, per month. This fee is waived for non-profit organisations. Min cost (single outlet): $250 single standard metro direct feed install + 12 months x $75.00 (Information and Sports Package or Business Entertainment Package) + 12 months x $18 (account service fee). Existing Direct Feed FOXTEL Business customers adding-on additional FOXTEL outlets:
$29.95 standard metro direct feed installation applies for each additional outlet connection to Business Value Package on a 24 month contract. Your existing subscription costs and obligations apply. Additional outlets require a separate FOXTEL Business package subscription per outlet and these are charged at the standard rates. Cancel fee applies. See 'Standard FOXTEL Business Terms' below.
$99.95 standard metro direct feed installation applies for each additional outlet connections with other packages on 24 month contracts. Your existing subscription costs and obligations apply. Additional outlets require a separate FOXTEL Business package subscription per outlet and these are charged at the standard rates. Cancel fee applies. See 'Standard FOXTEL Business Terms' below.

Standard Integration Customer Terms and Conditions (connection through MATV system):
Installation and subscription prices vary according to type and number of channels or rooms connected. Cancel fee applies. FOX SPORTS Active, Sky News Active, Weather Active, The Australian Christian Channel, Radio Channels and some other channels and services as advised are not available through MATV installation. Your business must connect to a minimum 36 month contract. See 'Standard FOXTEL Business Terms' below.

Standard FOXTEL Business Terms and Conditions:

An $18 business account service fee is applied per account, per month. This fee is waived for non-profit organisations. Cancel fee applies. FOXTEL Box Office and Radio channels are not available to FOXTEL Business Customers. Due to cabling infrastructure in some buildings, TVN, FOX SPORTS and other channels and services introduced from time to time may not be available to all premises. Prices quoted are for each outlet installed except RAI, ANTENNA and ADULTS ONLY which are charged for the first outlet only. Programming and pricing is subject to change and is correct at time of publication. Your business must subscribe to an existing Business Package to subscribe to any additional add-on channels.
Financial institutions, media, foreign embassies and corporate head offices of manufacturing or industrial concerns may incur additional monthly charges on CNN, CNBC, Sky News National and Sky News Business channels. FOXTEL is not available in some areas and buildings. FOX SPORTS, FUEL TV, SPEED and Sky Racing Channels are not available in licensed premises. Some channels are not available in public viewing areas. Some FOXTEL residential channels and services are not available to FOXTEL Business subscribers. FOXTEL iQ only available to educational institutions. FOXTEL iQ and iQ2 recording functionality may not be available to all customers.  Customers must have a core FOXTEL Business package to be eligible for a HD package and single channel add-ons. Additional costs apply for HD packages.
