Direct Feed checklist

Please read before installation takes place. If you have any questions, please contact your FOXTEL Business Representative.



With your Set Top Box:

Ensure you gain building management approval for installation.
Ensure the technician has all day access to the area where you require installation.
No renovations or building works is to prevent installation.
FOX SPORTS cannot be installed in a licensed area.
You must have a Television set up for the FOXTEL installer to connect to.
Ensure parking is available on site for contractors (and that parking enables them to have access to their vehicle to obtain installation equipment).
Ensure FOXTEL have the name of the contact person on the installation day. This person will need to be over 18, and the FOXTEL technician will need to see a form of ID.
If your building is harbourside, you must ensure you have harbourside approval for installation of a Satellite dish, prior to the date of installation.
On the day, tell the installer if you have ADSL or monitored services on the phone line, such as alarms or medical alert systems.
If in a heritage listed building you must get heritage listing approval, prior to installation.
Inform FOXTEL of any other special instructions for installation.
You must read all the terms and conditions before we install FOXTEL.
Inform FOXTEL if the building manager needs to be present on the day of installation.
Inform FOXTEL if our technician requires special induction training.
